Shipping Guidelines

Guiltless ships all orders via DHL Express Worldwide.

After placing your order, expect to receive the following email communication from us:



  1. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation
  2. We sometimes require payment verification before processing your order –
    please pay close attention to your inbox and spam folder during this time!
  3. Once your order has been picked up by DHL for delivery, you will receive a shipping
    confirmation
    with tracking information

You can always check the status of your order and its tracking information in My Orders.


Please note that all orders placed within a 12-hour timeframe will be shipped together
to save Mother Nature ☺ unless otherwise requested by the buyer.

DHL’s delivery policy varies according to region, but most likely yes. If there is no one to sign for the package, DHL will leave a contact note to arrange for re-delivery. Please note that if you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, a DHL Repeat Delivery Fee of US$20 or more might be charged for each repeat delivery trip.

 

If for any reason you refuse a shipment from Guiltless, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Unfortunately, Guiltless does not ship to P.O. Boxes at this moment ☹ sorry for the inconvenience!

All prices on our website are exclusive of shipping costs which shall be added at the checkout. Total time required from placing your order to receiving it = Processing time (up to 3 working days) + Delivery (1-10 working days via DHL Express Worldwide)
 



Note: The above information serves as guidelines only. Actual shipping cost will be applied upon checkout, and Guiltless does not accept any liability for failure to deliver items within the stated delivery period.

All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis – import taxes and duties are not included in the item price. The recipient of the shipment is responsible to pay their countries’ taxes and duties when DHL delivers the shipment.

To obtain further details or documentation in connection with customs clearance, please contact DHL who will act as your agent with the customs authorities in your country.

In some instances, certain items containing fur, ivory, reptile or other exotic properties may not be lawfully imported into the destination country.

For example, California State law prohibits the importation of any product containing Python skin into the State of California, thus no order containing Python skin will be shipped to or invoiced to a person or company in California.
It is the Buyers’ responsibility to ensure that an item can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

Yes! By default, all orders are shipped with insurance via DHL Express Worldwide.

Items will be insured by Guiltless until it is delivered to you and confirmed with a signature, the responsibility of your purchased goods is then passed to you. Be careful though – if someone else signs for delivery on your behalf (whether or not they have authority to do so), you shall be treated as having received the shipment!
